While there are probably hundreds of similar lists out there this wasn't an

I attended 7-8 hours a day, 5 days a week for 6 weeks.

As of yet it's a relatively small list.I researched through several database',
phone books and similar of literally thousands and found these to be one's
you may want to look further into. Some clinics are already planning to
